A road map used by experienced players to identify patterns
The Bead Road displays the result of each round in chronological order, from left to right and top to bottom. Experienced players use this map alongside the Big Road and Small Road to spot streaks or repeating patterns — even though each round is independent and unaffected by previous outcomes.
At my96, all live baccarat tables automatically display the Bead Road, Big Road, Big Eye Boy, and Small Road on the game screen — helping you make more confident betting decisions.
Baccarat is easier than you think — master the basics in 5 minutes
Before the dealer reveals the cards, you must place your bet on Banker, Player, or Tie. Side bets such as Pair can also be added. Betting time is typically 20–30 seconds depending on the table type.
Once the betting period closes, the dealer draws two cards for the Banker and two for the Player. Card values are counted as follows: Ace = 1, number cards = face value, face cards (J/Q/K) and 10 = 0. Only the last digit of the total counts — for example, 7+6=13 becomes 3.
If either the Banker or the Player draws a total of 8 or 9 from their first two cards, it is called a "natural" and the round ends immediately. Otherwise, fixed third-card rules determine whether the Player and/or Banker receives one additional card. You do not need to memorise these rules — the my96 system handles everything automatically.
The side with a hand value closest to 9 wins. If both sides have the same value, it is a Tie. A Banker win pays 0.95:1 (5% commission deducted), Player pays 1:1, and Tie pays 8:1.
Once the result is announced, winnings are credited directly to your my96 account balance within seconds. You can jump straight into the next round or withdraw to your DuitNow, FPX, or Malaysian e-wallet account.
Practical tips from experienced Malaysian players — not a guarantee of winnings, but a smarter way to play
Baccarat is more than a card game — it's an experience. At my96, we know Malaysian players expect more than a virtual table with generic animations. That's why every baccarat table at my96 features real human dealers, professionally lit studios, and high-quality video streaming technology so you can see every card dealt with complete clarity.
One thing that sets my96 apart from other platforms is the range of tables on offer. Whether you are a new player just getting started with a minimum bet of RM10, or a seasoned player comfortable wagering RM5,000 per round at the VIP Gold table — there is a place for you at my96. The Royal Crown table, with limits of up to RM50,000, is reserved exclusively for Platinum and Diamond members looking for a more exclusive, intimate gaming experience.
Speed Baccarat is a variation growing in popularity among younger Malaysian players. With each round completed in around 27 seconds compared to a full minute for standard baccarat, it delivers a more dynamic and exciting experience. For those just starting out, No-Commission Baccarat is also an appealing option — Banker payouts are simpler to work out at a full 1:1, except when the Banker wins with a value of 6.
Deposits and withdrawals for baccarat at my96 are supported through Malaysia's most popular payment methods — DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. No international banking or currency conversion needed — everything is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and processed in three minutes or less.
Multiple game formats for every type of player
Classic Baccarat uses 8 decks of cards and follows standard international rules. It is the most widely played format at casinos worldwide, including at my96. Each round begins with placing bets, followed by two cards being dealt to both the Banker and Player, and concludes with a point count to determine the winner. A round typically takes 60–90 seconds, including betting time.
What makes the baccarat experience at my96 different from other platforms
Many Malaysian players first discovered baccarat through films or dramas, and were surprised to find it far simpler to play than they expected. At my96, we have built a beginner-friendly environment — complete with interactive guides in Bahasa Melayu, customer support ready to answer basic questions about game rules, and a free demo table for those who want to practise before playing with real money.
One thing many new players overlook is the importance of choosing the right table. Players with a smaller bankroll should start at a Standard or Mini Baccarat table with lower limits, while more experienced players who are comfortable with greater risk can explore the VIP Gold table or even Royal Crown at my96. Every table displays its limits clearly, and you are free to switch tables at any time with no additional charge.
My96 partners with world-class live casino software providers to ensure consistently high video stream quality and game integrity. All baccarat outcomes at my96 are determined by real, physical card actions — not computer simulations — and are independently verified by third-party auditors. This means you're playing baccarat that is genuinely fair and cannot be manipulated.
For players who prefer gaming on the go, the my96 live baccarat experience is fully optimised for smartphone screens. Every interface element — including the road maps, betting buttons, and Bead Road display — has been adapted for clarity on smaller screens without compromising functionality. You can play live baccarat at my96 during your commute home, on your lunch break, or from the comfort of your own living room.
Baccarat is a game of chance. No strategy can guarantee consistent wins. Set a budget before you sit down at the table and never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If you feel the game is starting to affect your finances or relationships, seek help through Responsible Gaming my96 or contact Talian Kasih: 15999.
All baccarat games at my96 are strictly for players aged 18 and above. You can set deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion periods through the "Account Settings" section in the my96 app. A self-exclusion option is also available if you need a longer break.
